Attached is a letter addressed to Thomas B. Ginter, Jr. on letterhead from the Supreme Court of Utah dated March 22, 2005 [AD] The Governor received a copy of the letter at the Supreme Court today, March 23, 2005 AD from Lisa. The letter is signed by Pat H. Bartholomew, Clerk of Court.
Pat H. Bartholowmew does not have a current oath of office on file with the secretary of state or in the records in the Division of Archives for the public office of Clerk of the Supreme Court of Utah.
The signature on this letter and the previous letter from the Supreme Court of Utah dated February 25, 2005 [AD], bearing the same signature, show that these letters are not official letters from the Supreme Court of Utah as they purport.
These letters were written and mailed in violation of Utah Code Title 76, Chapter 8, Section 203, Abuse of Office, unofficial misconduct, a class B misdemeanor.
It appears that the letter was written at the direction of Christine M. Durham in an effort to deny Mr. Ginter, the Accused, in West Valley City Criminal Case Number C 04 06941, of his rights given to him by God and secured to him by the Utah Constitution, Article I, Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, etc.
Executive action on the part of the Governor is necessary and proper to prevent this denial of Mr. Ginter's right to defend his life, liberty and property from theft by deception under color of falsely made coin and securities of the United States and falsely made Utah legislation from 1974 AD through 2005 AD, wherein the imposters are trying to compel Mr. Ginter to pay false impound fees, obtain false license plates and submit to a falsely imposed inspection scam by unofficial legislation motivated by pretended power for fraudulent and dishonest gain under color of, and criminal violation of law.
You Ron, and many others, including many in the media, are well aware of the defects in the records of the Department of Administrative Services, particularly those in the Division of Archives over the last 32 years. You have observed, as has the Governor, that there is no oath of office on file with the secretary of state or in the Division of Archives for Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., for the term of office that began on Monday, January 3, 2005 AD at 12:00 PM or Noon, or for any others who had the oath of office administered to them that same day by Christine M. Durham, shown as Chief Justice on the letterhead in the attachment.
The Division of Archives records show that Christine M. Durham never did file an oath of office in the Division of Archives as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 2002 AD, so the office has been vacant since that time, and is vacant today for the reason she was not eligible for re-election for failure to file her oath of office as chief justice as required by law.
This failure by Christine M. Durham and Mr. Huntsman to file their required oath of office certificates places them in a similar situation to that of Pat H. Bartholomew. You have in your possession, Mr. Robinson, the letter from the Division of Archives, dated March 10, 2005 and Governor Topham's letter of the same date requesting the information from the archives contained in the letter from the archives signed by Alan Barnett.
There were four names and four public offices on the letterhead used by Mr. Barnett: Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., Governor; Gary R. Herbert, Lieutenant Governor, D'arcy Dixon Pignanelli, Department Director; and Patricia Smith-Mansfield, Division Director.
You searched the archives particularly for those individuals, as did Governor Topham and Mr. Bruce P. Palmer, and found that there were no oath of office certificates for those four persons for those respective offices in the records of the Division of Archives as of Tuesday, March 8, 2005 A.D., when we searched the records together and made copies of improper oath records for senators, and found no oath records for certain judges, and found no oaths for any member of the Utah House of Representatives for the current terms.
W e also found that the oath certificates for the Utah House were unofficially administered by former speakers of the House, Nolan Karras and Norman H. Bangerter, after their terms had expired, or they were unofficial speakers, for not having filed oath certificates with the secretary of state.
Thus, you have been an eye witness to the general breakdown of official government in the State of Utah. We have no House of Representatives, we have no Senate, we have no Supreme Court judges, we have no district court judges, we have no appellate court or appellate court judges, we have no justice courts or justice court judges and we have no constitutionally qualified attorneys to practice law in the State of Utah.
Those who are acting without authority of law or constitutional authority are operating their "unofficial government" on falsely made (counterfeit) securities and falsely made (counterfeit) coins of the United States, made with intent to defraud the people of Utah, the State of Utah, the people of the United States, the government of the United States, and the people of the rest of the world.
These unofficial legislators, executives and judicial officers have, in fact, converted the whole society, except for a few humble followers of Christ, into their racketeering enterprise that deals in false securities and false coins which contain no gold and no silver, in direct violation of the United States Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Utah.
They, therefore, are in armed rebellion and insurrection and are committing acts of treason by giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States, both foreign and domestic, and to the enemies of the State of Utah.
Appropriate executive action must and will be taken in order to defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State against these enemies, as the secretary of state and governor, among others, discharge the duties of their offices with fidelity, while those imposters, usurpers, and false witnesses who tried to corrupt the Constitutions and laws to which we owe our allegiance shall either repent or perish. The Lord and I have so declared. This I say to all who have eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to hearken to the Lord.
All public and private property of those acting in rebellion, insurrection and treason has previously been the subject of forfeiture and seizure by the Utah State Militia under orders of the Governor of the State of Utah under the Declaration of Martial Law dated and filed on November 14, 1997 AD, and such fact was published in the Deseret News on January 12, 1998 AD.
God will not permit his people, His sons and His daughters, to pollute this land which he He redeemed for them by the shedding of blood. The Lord will sweep them from the land as He said He would do, if they will not repent of their transgressions before they are fully ripened in iniquity.
Even the leaders and members of all of the churches have consented to uphold the apostasy from Constitutional government by upholding irredeemable security notes and coins, and by upholding those who have not filed oaths of office with the secretary of state as required by that law which is the constitutional law of the land.
The members and leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are among the most egregious offenders and have used their power and influence, not to save the Constitution, but to destroy it, while pretending to praise and honor it.
Church leaders have invited Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., Gary R. Herbert, Auston G. Johnson, Edward T. Alter and Mark A. Shurtleff to attend the General Conference of the Church that begins on April 2, 2005 AD, exactly 213 years to the day after the Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 AD, which fixed the value of the dollar or unit of the money of account of the United States at 371.25 grains of fine silver, same as the spanish milled dollar "now current".
Church leaders have had sufficient warning and have not changed, and indicate that they will not change, and have no intention of repenting and saving the Constitution and constitutional government from total destruction.
Therefore they have no claim to the rights of life, liberty and property guaranteed by the Constitution, because they have acted in a manner entirely repugnant to the Constitution, and are even now acting to destroy those rights for Thomas B. Ginter, Jr., and those who truly seek to secure the Blessings of Liberty to themselves and to their posterity.
The First Presidency and the Council of the Twelve Apostles instead of concentrating all of their influence, individually and collectively, to make popular that which is sound and good and unpopular that which is unsound, they have acted to support this massive apostasy and criminal conspiracy effected through unofficial misconduct and counterfeiting. They are publicly supporting Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and his band of outlaws and members of the secret society of Skull and Bones.
More than ninety-nine (99) percent of the voters in the last unofficial election for president voted for a member of Skull and Bones, the most influential secret combination in the United States of America.
George W. Bush and John F. Kerry are both members of this super secret society.
We will, therefore, take the appropriate action to save constitutional government and the Constitutions to which we owe allegiance, even though our religious and political leaders have betrayed us all by their disobedience to that law which is constitutional and have broken the everlasting covenant, the oath and covenant of the holy priesthood of God, and given their support to those who have failed to qualify for public office. These two great evils have overtaken them.
As Secretary of State and Governor of the State of Utah I met with two men from the Department of of Public Affairs for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, on March 17, 2005 AD, at 1:00 to 2:00 PM, William Sterling Evans, Jr., and Mark E. Hurst and hand delivered to them the letter from the Division of Archives with the false letterhead which stated:
To Whom it May Concern:
To the best of my knowledge as of March 8, 23005 no oaths of office from the current members of the Utah House of Representatives or for Governor Jon Huntsman, Lieutenant Governor Gary Herbert, Attorney General Mark A. Shurtleff, State Treasurer Edward T. Alter, or State Auditor Auston G. Johnson could be found in the holdings of the Utah State Archives.

Having this letter in their possession they informed me that they, in spite of the fact that Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., and those others who failed to qualify for office under the Constitution and laws of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Utah, with the proof in their hands, said they would support him, and that the invitation to these unofficial officers and public offenders, had already gone out and would not be recalled and would be honored.
This means that the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the only true church on earth are openly, before the whole world, at their 175th Annual General (world ) Conference, going to extend their welcome to these false state and federal officers to demonstrate their disrespect for the Constitution by receiving these hundreds of unofficial representatives of the people of Utah and the United States.
By their open rebellion to Constitutional Law, the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, together with the false political leaders they unwisely, unjustly and dishonestly support, unless they rapidly repent, will feel the chastening hand of their Almighty God, in not many days.
This I say with faith in God, and hope for eternal life through the atonement and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and with charity, with a love of God and of all mankind; but for those who are so enlightened and still choose evil rather than good, I cannot pray for them in faith, because they are rejecting the greater light for counterfeit securities and coins, false swearers, oath beakers and covenant breakers.
As secretary of state and governor of the true republican form of government I solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES and the CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE [UTAH], AND DISCHARGE THE DUTIES OF MY OFFICES WITH FIDELITY TO ALL THOSE WHO SUPPORT ME IN DOING SO IN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
